The Youth had a very good run out at Bedfont Green tonight. We were rarely troubled at the back with Sam Lock, Chris Ellis and Jamiesh Holait holding a steady ship in the first half.. Going forward we looked quite sharp with some players playing their first match for us after a long summer of training.
After half time the customary gamut of changes were made as we gave all 17 players a runout. Despite this upheaval and changing from a back three to four we still kept our shape a pressed for goal with the best chances falling to Ian Henry, Andre Turner and new signing Abraham Osho.

With two of our players on first team duty, a number away on their holidays, things look bright for the young magpies.

Our next match is away to Kidlington FC (just the other side of Oxford) next Wednesday 16th August 7.30 KO.
